Dr. Aprill Harmon is a licensed real estate broker, mortgage loan officer and clinical social worker with over 21 years of experience in social work and a decade in real estate. She is the founder of Harmon Realty Group, a trauma-informed brokerage that centers empathy, emotional safety, and dignity in every housing journey.
 
Drawing from her career in social work, including 15 years serving Veterans. Aprill brings a unique understanding of how trauma, transition, and housing intersect. She holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and leads her team and her clients with compassion, clarity, and a client-first philosophy.
 
Whether working with clients facing divorce, foreclosure, grief, elder care, or military relocation, Aprill’s mission is to make real estate a safe space for informed, empowered decisions—especially during life’s hardest seasons.
